This is Dennis Bonnen showing his contempt for you if you want to see the number one legislative priority of the Republican Party of Texas passed. He describes those who have petitioned him to pass the number one legislative priority of the GOP, constitutional carry, as "these people that live out in the woods in a cave somewhere on an issue that's simply about letting a felon carry a gun."
And this is Dennis Bonnen lying about what constitutional carry means, falsely claiming the legislation is to allow felons to carry guns. The proposed bill language clearly maintains the law that prohibits and penalizes felons in possession of a firearm.
